Nicolas Hubert’s class is a personal and intuitive combination of several influences of his approach of movement : release technique, floor work , acrobatics, martial arts, contact improvisation, instant composition. Starting with floor work using supports, stretching and rolling patterns, we gradually get to an upper energetic level, a playful state using (dis)orientation, rebounding, spiraling.
